  • All Prices quoted include GST.
  • Freight will be charged on all orders.
  • Payment has to be received prior to goods being send. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Direct Credit. If you choose to pay by direct credit we will e-mail our Bank details.
  • If for any reason a shipment is damaged or lost, please use the following procedure:


    •  1) Please call us immediately on 07-8552768. We will need to file a claim with the courier. The courier may need to inspect the damage in the original shipping carton.
     2) Replacement or restitution will be made as soon as possible.

  • Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
  • In order for payment to be made by cheque or to be invoiced the buyer must have an established account.
